About Us Kingswood Neighborhood Association was established in 1981 by a group of concerned residents of Eastern New Orleans to improve quality of life and create a safer, cleaner, healthier, and beautiful community. For those of who do not know Little Woods Neighborhood formerly known as Edgelake community, it is more than just several subdivisions reside within it. Its a community began on Downman Road (West), Hayne Blvd (North), 510 Interstate (East), and Morrison Road (South) Hello Citizens/Visitors Kingswood Neighborhood Association is a non-profit organization that are working diligently to ensure the quality of life is restored and enhance within the community.
